Not subject to financing or other contingencies. The balance of the bid price will be due at closing to be held no later than Monday, August 29, 2022. Full possession will be granted upon closing. Seller will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. Real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
