Terms: Properties each sell absolute, to the highest bidder(s) with no reserve. Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer(s) will be required to enter into a written real estate contract with the seller and pay a non-refundable ten percent (10%) down payment. The balance of the bid price will be due at closing to be held no later than Monday, August 1, 2022. Early closing dates available per agreement of the parties. Full possession of Parcels 1,2,5,6 will be granted upon closing. Parcels 3 & 4 sell subject to rights of current tenants. Buyers of Parcels 3 & 4 may negotiate an ongoing lease arrangement with current residential tenants if desired. Seller will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
