Auction Terms
Immediately following the auction, successful bidder(s) shall enter into a contract with Seller. A 10% earnest money deposit will be due on the day of sale. Balance of purchase price due at closing within 45 days. Not subject to contingencies.
Seller to provide Title Insurance. Real estate taxes will be prorated to date of closing.
Possession: Full possession conveys at closing subject to signed Lease Agreement between Buyer and Seller. Contact Auction Company for details.
