Auction Terms

The property will be offered in one parcel on a total dollar basis. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written real estate contract with the seller and pay a non-refundable ten percent (10%) down payment. This auction is not subject to financing or other contingencies. The balance of the bid price will be due at closing to be held no later than Monday, October 31, 2022. Full possession will be granted upon closing. Seller will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. Real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. 


The real estate, improvements and any remaining chattel all sell 100% AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees.
