Real Estate Terms: Successful bidders will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement and make a 10% down payment at the conclusion of the auction. The balance will be due at closing on or before Monday, November 30, 2020. Seller will provide title insurance. 2020 real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller. 

 

100% full possession will be granted upon closing subject to the 2020 farm tenants crop removal. Tracts sell free of any further leases or tenancies.
