Real Estate Terms: Absolute auction. Tracts sell to the highest bidders with no reserve. Successful bidders will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement and make a 10% down payment at the conclusion of the auction. The balance will be due at closing on or before Monday, September 30, 2019. Seller will provide title insurance. 2019 real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller. 

 

100% full possession will be granted upon closing subject to the 2019 farm tenancy on Tract 1. Tracts sell free from any other leases or tenancies.
