AUCTION PROCEDURE

Bidding will be in terms of dollars-per-acre, based on surveyed acres.

Tracts will be sold "Buyer's Choice", whereas the successful bidder may choose any or all tracts. This process will repeat until all tracts have been sold.

 

The auction will be conducted live, in person with remote online simulcast bidding available. There are no auction buyer's fees.

 

AUCTION TERMS

Successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and make a 10% down payment at the immediate conclusion of the auction. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing within 30 days.

Seller will provide title insurance.

2025 Real Estate Taxes will be paid by the Seller via a credit to the purchaser at closing based upon most recent available information. 2026 and future taxes responsibility of purchaser(s).

Possession upon closing. Farming and hunting rights are open for 2026.
