Successful bidders will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement at the auction. 10% of the purchase price will be due as down payment at the auction. The balance will be due at closing, on or before Monday, October 1, 2018. Seller will provide title insurance. 2018 real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller.
Possession, subject to the rights of the 2018 crop tenancy, will be granted upon
