Successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement at the auction. Sellers will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price.
Auction Method: Tracts will only be offered individually, high bidder’s choice of either or both tracts, on a dollar per acre basis. Acre figures provided are the result of a survey and will be used to calculate the final purchase price of each tract.
Possession: Full possession will be granted upon payment in full at closing. Tracts sell free of leases or tenancies.
Taxes: 2018 real estate taxes will be paid by the Sellers. Subsequent taxes will be the responsibility of the Purchasers.
