ABSOLUTE AUCTION, Property will sell to the highest bidder with no reserve. 10% down payment required at the auction with the balance due at closing, on or before Monday, August 24, 2020. Full possession will be granted upon closing. Successful bidder will sign an Agreement to Purchase at the auction. Seller will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. 2020 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
