Auction Procedure

Auction Terms

Successful bidder will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement and make a 10% down payment at the immediate conclusion of the auction. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Seller will provide title insurance. 2021 real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller.

100% full possession will be granted upon closing, subject to the 2021 farm tenants crop removal. Farm sells free of any further leases or tenancies.
